Mitokh Dapeinu | Utilizing the Framework of Visual Syntax of the Feminine: From the Soaring Heights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque to the Subaltern and Archived
Mitokh Dapeinu will meet for its next session on Thursday, September 18 at 6:30 PM EST. For the special time of Elul, we’re welcoming Aisha “Asher” Coh, MD of Intergenerational Jews, to guide a multimedia session entitled, “Utilizing the Framework of Visual Syntax of the Feminine: From the Soaring Heights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque to the Subaltern and Archived.” This session will feature music, video, and scholarly articles.
We ask that participants review Coh’s introduction (4 pages), two scholarly articles (50 pages), and two brief videos.
After RSVPing, you’ll receive an email with the session selection. You’ll receive the Zoom link by email at least one day before. Please contact Emanuel if you don’t receive either.
